This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a dependable caregiver to provide hands-on support for a wonderful woman in her home. This role includes full personal care such as bathing and assistance with daily routines, mobility, and hygiene (no overnight shifts). She has a warm and playful personality, enjoying activities like listening to music, audiobooks, and socializing. She loves her family and cannot wait to love you! This position is ideal for someone patient, reliable, and physically capable, with caregiving experience.

WAGE
• $16.32 per hour 

SHIFTS
• 30 Hours per week 
• Flexible in building your own schedule with the family 
• Approximate Hours as follows: 7 AM - 12 PM and/or 7 PM - 9 PM
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bathing - Bed Baths & Showers as necessary        
• Dressing - As needed
• Grooming - Hair styling & Teeth brushed
• Transfers 
• Meal Prepping 
• Medications
• Repositioning as necessary   
• Outings - Doctors Appointments
• Companionship/Friendship

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
