This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you someone who enjoys fishing, playing video games, hanging out with animals, and spending time outdoors? Are you also kind, dependable, and looking to make a real difference in a young teen's life? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Youth Respite Provider to spend quality time with a fun, energetic teenage boy! This isn’t your average childcare job—this is about mentorship, fun, and connection. You’ll build a supportive bond while sharing interests like video games, nature, and adventures.

Pickup Location: Fairchild, WI

Compensation: $14.13/Hour

Schedule: 5 hours per week + Opportunities for 3 Overnights/Month

• Overnight Rate: $207.45 per overnight

Care provided in the comfort of your own home and/or out in the community!

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, one-on-one supervision

• Engage in activities like fishing, gaming, and outdoor adventures

• Serve as a positive role model and mentor

• Assist with basic daily routines and offer emotional support

Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, friendly, and compassionate

• Dependable and consistent with scheduling

• Comfortable with neurodivergent youth

• Patient and able to adapt to the teen’s pace and interests

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must enjoy being a safe and positive role model

• Comfortable opening your home or exploring the community together
