This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. We are seeking an experienced, patient, and confident caregiver to provide respite support for an active young teen in the New Auburn area. Support may take place in community-based settings or, once a strong and comfortable relationship is established, in the provider’s home.

This position is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and can provide consistent structure and boundaries while building a positive, supportive connection. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth who may have behavioral or emotional support needs and understands the importance of patience, flexibility, and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities may include supervising recreational and community activities, encouraging positive social interactions, supporting daily routines, and creating a safe, respectful, and fun environment where the teen can thrive. We are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and energetic who enjoys staying active and can confidently support challenging moments with professionalism and care.
