JOB SUMMARY

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a dynamic, experienced and engaging leader to fill the position of Sr IT Data Solution Engineer in our Missoula, MT location. The Sr IT Data Solution Engineer will assist the IT Director of Data and will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting complex issues and systems related to the electronic data interchange, integrations, data platforms and seeing department/company projects to completion. This position will also support other IT systems and software.



JOB DUTIES

  • Design and support the electronic data interchange, integrations and data platforms
  • Support the Workday platform and integrations
  • Utilize Workday Studio for designing and supporting integrations
  • Utilize CDCN platforms; including but not limited to 1EDI, Solomon, U2, Workday, Docuware, EVV, etc.
  • Provide escalated support for complex issues from the Helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues during business hours, or during afterhours on-call rotation
  • Lead in analyzing and designing solutions for processing efficiencies
  • Lead team members and provide guidance on analysis and development of solutions
  • Effectively communicate within the team and company
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

Required experience for this position:

  • Six or more years operations experience with data platforms
  • Six or more years experience of data structure and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, etc.
  • Proven Abilities: SQL Queries / Scripting; Azure Cloud / LogicApps / Data Factory; GoAnywhere Projects
  • Experience with application/software and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, SSMS, GoAnywhere, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collectively as a team
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • Prefer functional knowledge of key CDCN platforms mentioned above
  • Prefer minimum one year of supervisory experience
  • Degree preferred or experience in place of degree


The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
