This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Respite Provider to work with an energetic young boy in the Ringle, WI area. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping the child thrive through consistent routines and gentle guidance.

Wage: $14.13/hour
Schedule: Occasional weekday evenings; approximately 4 pm-7 pm.

Tasks:
Respite care is to be conducted in child’s home.
Provide 1v1 care and supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities.
Engage the child in supportive and age-appropriate activities such as walks, movement games, and quiet time.
Maintain open communication with the parents.
Assist with daily living tasks such as changing diapers, activities and companionship.
Above all, hang out and have fun! This kiddo enjoys playing on his iPad and spending time outdoors exploring.

Requirements:
Must pass a caregiver/criminal background check
Authorization to work in the U.S
Preference to those with previous experience working with individuals with support needs
