This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking an individual to provide one-on-one support for a male teen in the Marathon, WI area! Respite care can be conducted in the kid's home. Community outings are also encouraged. This teen loves going to Parks, hiking, and Fishing, sensory items, trains, and Construction equipment trucks.

WAGES: $14.13 per hour
 
HOURS:
• 3 hours a week
• Afternoon, Evenings, and Weekends
• Flexible Schedule
 
JOB DUTIES:
• 1:1 Constant Supervision 
• Safety Awareness 
• Assist in maintaining routine including ADL's (daily hygiene reminders/ assistance)
• Community Outings
• Meal/Snack preparation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Criminal/Caregiver background check.
• Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
• Compassionate individual with caregiving or mentoring experience preferred
• Be detail oriented and prepared to give all attention to the teen
• Ability to remain active & Be fast on your feet and ready to keep up!
