Morning Respite Care Provider – Eau Claire, WI

Help a bright, energetic young girl start her day with confidence and joy.
We are seeking a caring, upbeat, and reliable Morning Respite Provider to support a young girl who loves pretend play, music, and beginning her day with positivity. If you enjoy helping children transition smoothly into their day and thrive in a structured morning routine, this role is a great match.
 
Position Summary
The Morning Respite Provider will assist with wake up routines, personal care, light housekeeping, and preparing the child to safely board the school bus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, brings a positive attitude, and can create a calm yet fun start to the day.
 
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with waking up and getting ready for the day
Provide support with changing, grooming, and basic personal care
Help with light housekeeping to keep morning areas organized and safe
Prepare breakfast or assist with simple meal prep
Ensure the child is dressed, ready, and safely guided onto the school bus
 
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $14.13 per hour
 
Qualifications
Experience working with children who have behavioral needs (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Current auto insurance
Ability to pass a caregiver background check
Dependable, patient, and comfortable with morning routines
