This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

A family in the Eau Claire area is seeking a Respite Provider to support and care for a young child in the provider’s home and out in the community.

Hours / Desired Schedule
• One weekend per month
• Occasional 5 hours per week (afternoons)

Location
• Provider’s home
• Community-based activities

Pay
$17.66 per hour

Tasks May Include
• Toileting support
• Monitoring use of technology
• Mentoring and positive engagement
• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Cooking or meal prep together

Child’s Interests
• Video games
• Swimming
• Exploring new interests
• Enjoys light hearted joking and having fun

Preferred Qualifications
• Patient and thoughtful communicator
• Active, outgoing, and engaged personality

Requirements
• Must pass a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
