This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Respite Provider Needed – Menomonie, WI

Looking for an energetic, caring person to support a fun, active boy who loves parks, swimming, and anything with a ball!

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with toileting, bathing & changing
• Help Mom with routines
• Support meal prep & feeding
• Provide safe, positive supervision and play

What We Need:
• Someone who loves outdoor fun
• Experience with behavioral needs is a bonus
• 18+ with background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & insurance
• Dependable, patient, and ready to make a difference

Schedule & Pay:
• $15–$18/hour
• Weekday afternoons + occasional weekends
• At least 10 hrs/week
