This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Respite Provider Needed – Eau Claire, WI

Seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a young boy in Eau Claire. This role offers meaningful connections and flexible hours.

About Him:
Curious and creative; loves nonfiction books, space, math puzzles, and playing the drums.

Schedule & Pay
• 6 overnights/month – $207.45 per night
• Occasional 5 hrs/week – $14.13/hr

Location
• Care in provider’s home
• Community outings

Responsibilities
• Personal cares
• Meal prep
• Supervision & safety
• Gentle reminders

Preferred
• Patient communicator
• Experience with autism helpful

Requirements
• Caregiver background check
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
