This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Job Opening: Respite Provider
Location: Provider’s Home & Community Outings
Pay: $14.13/hour or $207.45/day

Are you energetic, caring, and ready to make a positive impact? We’re looking for an outgoing Respite Provider to support a fun, high-energy boy who’s equal parts athletic and nerdy. If you love wrestling, football, gaming, WWE—or just keeping up with an active kid who’s full of personality—this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do
• Provide approximately 8 hours per month + 2 full days per month of respite care
• Engage in a mix of at-home activities and community adventures
o Included perks: Passes to the YMCA and Children’s Museum
• Participate in active play—sports, games, outdoor fun, and anything that keeps him moving
• Offer calm, patient, positive support, using encouraging behavior techniques
• Help him practice emotional regulation and use coping strategies during tough moments

About You
• Energetic, patient, compassionate, and ready to engage
• Comfortable providing care in your home
• Reliable communicator who values consistency
• Experience with ADHD or trauma-informed care is a bonus (but not required!)
