This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Job Opportunity: Respite Provider for Two Awesome Brothers (Individualized Support)

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay: $17.66/hour

Hours: ~25–30 hours/week total | Flexible afternoons, occasional full days, and potential overnights in the provider’s home

We’re looking for an upbeat, hands-on Respite Provider to support two wonderful brothers—each with their own strengths, interests, and personalities. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to build meaningful connections through one-on-one support.

Note: Care will be provided both separately and together, depending on the day.

Active and Outdoorsy Brother

About Him:

He’s an energetic, athletic kid who loves being outside—riding bikes, zipping around on scooters, and playing football, soccer, and other sports. Indoors, he enjoys video games (with limited screen time) and hanging out with someone who can keep up with his fun, active spirit.

Care Details:

• Hours: 10–15 per week

• Schedule: Flexible weekday afternoons (around 3:45 PM)

• Location: Provider’s home and/or out in the community

• Rate: $17.66/hour

• Overnights: Potential for occasional overnights in the provider’s home

Creative and Imaginative Brother

About Him:

He’s a bright, imaginative child who loves parks, dinosaurs, cars, swimming, coloring, and cozy movie time. He may need some assistance with personal cares—details will be explained during the interview.

Care Details:

• Hours: ~15 per week

• Schedule: Weekday afternoons after school/daycare (flexible)

• Rate: $17.66/hour

• Overnights: Occasional overnights in the provider’s home may be available
