This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


Seeking a dependable, kind Transportation Provider in Eagle River to assist a friendly adult male with special needs. Brief 10-minute trips, 2x daily, Monday–Thursday. Commitment of up to 2 days/week, with backup availability preferred. Minimal assistance required. Consistent routine and positive interactions. The ideal provider will be reliable and punctual, patient and respectful, and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a meaningful, part-time work with predictable hours. 

Location: Eagle River, WI 

Schedule:
•            Preferred Days of Week: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the potential to        
               work Mondays and Thursday as backup/fill in
•            Morning Drop-Off: Arrive at the members home at 7:15AM and transport member to
               designated drop off point
•            Afternoon Pick-Up: Return to the drop-off point at 4:50PM and transport member 
               home.
   
Wage: 
•            Hourly Rate: $16.32-$18.48 per hour.
•            Mileage Reimbursement: Eligible for both loaded and unloaded mileage       
               reimbursement.

Position Responsibilities
•            Provide punctual and dependable transportation based on the schedule.
•            Ensure member safety during all transport.
•            Assist the member with buckling his seatbelt, as he needs help fastening it at times.
•            Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
•            Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and clear communication.
•            Follow all traffic laws and agency safety expectations.
 
Requirements
•            Valid driver's license, reliable, insured vehicle, and clean driving record.
•            Strong time-management skills and ability to consistently meet at scheduled  
               pickup and drop-off times on time.   
•            Comfortable providing minimal physical assistance (seatbelt buckling).
•            Experience with special needs caregiving preferred
•            Willing to undergo Criminal /Caregiver background check.
