This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


Respite Provider Needed in Eau Claire, WI
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support a young boy living in Eau Claire, WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while building a meaningful connection with a bright and curious kiddo.
 
Schedule & Compensation
Overnights: 6 days per month

Pay: $207.45 per overnight

Additional Hours: Occasionally 5 hours per week

Pay: $14.13 per hour
 
Location
  • Care will take place in two settings:
  • Provider’s home
  • Community outings
  •  
Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal cares
  • Meal preparation
  • Provide supervision and safety
  • Offer gentle reminders as needed
 
About the Kiddo
He’s a curious and creative thinker who loves:
  • Nonfiction books
  • Space and astronomy
  • Numbers and math puzzles
  • Music—especially playing the drums
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Patient and thoughtful communicator
  • Familiarity with autism behaviors and supportive strategies
 
Requirements
  • Must pass a caregiver background check prior to hire
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
