This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Respite Care Provider Needed – Help a Toddler Thrive!

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay: $17.66/hour – $256/day

Schedule: 8 hours/week (Wednesdays) + One weekend a Month

Are you a nurturing, dependable caregiver who enjoys working with toddlers and making a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a Respite Care Provider for a sweet and curious toddler girl who loves:

Interactive toys
Exploring with curious eyes
Engaging with people and building connections

This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both playtime and essential care duties.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing personal care: bathing, toileting, transferring, and dressing

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding

• Administering medications and managing a g-tube

• Monitoring and maintaining an oxygen tank

• Light housekeeping to keep the environment safe and tidy

• Offering companionship and engaging play

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has experience with toddlers and/or medical caregiving

• Is patient, gentle, and attentive to detail

• Comfortable with medical equipment (training can be provided)

• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule

Requirements:

• Yearly vaccinations (COVID & Flu) per family’s requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Active auto insurance

• Reliable vehicle for transportation

• Must pass a caregiver background check
