This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? Positions are for young males.

The ideal candidate will enjoy spending time with kids, especially those who love being active and exploring the community! More details about kiddo are discussed during the interview!

Posting is for 3 different positions

Hours/Desired Schedule:

• Possible combined hours 25 hours a week and 2 days a month

• Afterschool hours

• Monday - Friday

Pay: $14.13 an hour and $207.45 per day (Shift 8-24 hours)

Location: In the community, providers home

Kiddos enjoy:

• Watching movies

• WWE

• Sports (Baseball and football)

• Playing games

• Outdoor activities

• Going to local parks

Job Responsibilities:

• Community outings (Action City, YMCA, Children's Musuem)

• Actively participate in both indoor and outdoor activities

• Meal Prep

• Medication reminders

• Cueing for tasks

• Providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Comfortable engaging with children in a patient and encouraging way

• Active and outgoing personality

• Using positive behavior techniques when needed

• Support emotional regulation and help the child use his coping skills during challenging moments

Requirements*:

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
