This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are seeking a reliable and patient Transportation Provider to assist an adult member with daily transportation to and from designated pickup and drop-off points. This role involves short, routine travel times, ensuring safety, and providing minimal assistance as needed. Member is friendly and cooperative with a consistent routine.
 
Location: Eagle River, WI
 
Schedule:
Days: Monday-Thursday
Morning Drop-Off: Arrive at the members home at 7:15AM and transport the member to the designated drop-off point.
Afternoon Pick-Up: Return to the drop-off point at 4:50PM and transport the member back home.
 
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $16.32-$18.48 per hour.
Mileage Reimbursement: Eligible for both loaded and unloaded mileage reimbursement.
 
Position Responsibilities:
Provide punctual and dependable transportation based on the schedule.
Ensure member safety during all transport.
Assist the member with buckling his seatbelt, as he needs help fastening it at times.
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and clear communication.
Follow all traffic laws and agency safety expectations.
 
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Reliable and insured vehicle.
Ability to consistently meet scheduled pickup and drop-off times.
Comfortable providing minimal physical assistance (seatbelt buckling).
Prior caregiving or transportation experience is helpful but not required.
Authorized to work in the U.S. 
Criminal/Caregiver background check.
