This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

CARE FOR TWO SWEET BOYS – Fall Creek, WI

We are looking for two dedicated and compassionate Respite Providers to support and care for two wonderful boys. This is a home-based position, with all care provided in the boys’ home.

SHIFTS
• 9 Hours per week 
• 3:00 - 6:00PM Friday, Saturday, and Sundays 
• WEEKENDS ONLY

WAGE
• Both boys together: $17.70 per hour

ABOUT THE BOYS
• Both boys are autistic and non-verbal, with ADHD.
• Familiarity with autism preferred 
• Occasionally exhibits aggressive behaviors such as pinching, biting, scratching, or pulling hair. Experience with de-escalation techniques is strongly encouraged.
• Both boys are sweet and benefit from caregivers who are patient, calm, and consistent.

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
