This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

RESPITE PROVIDER FOR 2 CHILDREN – Eau Claire, WI

We are looking for a fun respite provider to hang out at home with two brothers. Weekend hours, with flexibility when creating your schedule with the family. Would love someone who is active, easy going, and willing to change gears if needed. You would be the main Respite Provider for the two kiddos.

SHIFTS
• 5-10 Hours per week
• Saturday Shifts (Every other or as needed)
• On Call + Build Your Own Schedule

WAGE
• $17.70 per hour

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
