This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking an experienced Teen Respite Provider to give companionship, support and supervision to a female with special needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy, and have an easy-going personality, but still respect boundaries without being too intrusive. The provider will build a trusting relationship with the teen and engage with her during your time together, while demonstrating patience and compassion. The family is looking for a long-term provider.

The teen is a fun-spirited girl who enjoys her Wii games and Disney videos. She is a big fan of Elmo and Sesame Street. She also enjoys puzzles, word searches, board games, card games, splash pads and swimming.
