This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Are you honest, trustworthy, patient and a good role model? If you answered yes to the above, we would love to hear from you! Personal care worker in New Auburn or surrounding area! Member is a young female.

Hours/Desired Schedule:

• 10 hours a week
• Afternoon/evening hours

Pay: $17.66

Location: New Auburn In the community, providers home

• Meal Prep
• Medication Management, monitor that she does take them
• Reminders for tasks
• Keep very close eyes on her with people and meals
• Outings to park/community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication
• Active and outgoing personality

Requirements:

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
