Full-Time & Part-Time Caregivers for 24/7 In-Home Support
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join a team providing 24/7 in-home support for a woman requiring consistent, hands-on assistance with her daily needs. This meaningful role offers the opportunity to positively impact not only her physical well-being, but also her emotional comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice, palliative, or long-term care, understand the sensitivities of end-of-life support, and be committed to fostering a calm, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
 
Location: Watertown, WI

Compensation: $16.32/hour

Available Shifts
(Shifts can be combined for full-time hours)

Overnight Shifts
Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Friday: 9:30 PM – 9:30 AM

Daytime Shifts
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday/Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
 
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on assistance with daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Support toileting, repositioning, catheter/ostomy care, and medical equipment use.
Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light household tasks (laundry, sweeping, etc.).
Accompany the client to appointments or outings using a handicap-accessible van.
Perform wound care as directed.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care preferred).
CNA certification preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Strong communication skills, kindness, and dependability.
Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
