This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a kind and reliable respite provider to support a sweet baby girl who loves eating, playing, and listening to books. The family is looking for a provider (female preferred) to come into their home 4 hours each week. The provider will offer calm, attentive care in a 1:1 setting, helping her thrive while ensuring she is not overstimulated. No prior experience with G-tubes is required, as the family is happy to provide training to the right person. Because of her lowered immune system, no other children will be present during care, and the family is seeking a non-smoker who can provide consistent support and companionship.
 
Pay: $17.66/hour (after tax rate)
 
Location: Child resides in Green Bay, WI - Care to take place in the child's home
 
Schedule: 4 hours/week available. MON 9:00-11:00am & additional 2-hour shift later on in the week (TBD between provider & family).
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Support feeding routines using a G-Tube (training will be provided as needed)
Provide calm and attentive 1:1 care in the family’s home
Engage her through play, reading, and other age-appropriate activities
Assist with personal care needs, including diaper changes
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment while being mindful of her lowered immune system
 
Ideal Candidate:
A kind, patient, and understanding individual who can offer a safe and calm environment 
Open to regular communication with the family and adaptable to a changing schedule.
 
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
Willing to undergo a caregiver background check upon hire
