This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Part-Time | Flexible Hours | $17.66/hr or $256/day

Are you energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a difference in a child’s life? We’re looking for an active and engaging Respite Provider to support a fun-loving kiddo in the Fond du Lac, WI area!

Schedule:
              • 8–10 hours per week (evenings and flexible weekdays)
              • 6 days per month, including weekend overnights (Friday & Saturday, occasional Sundays)

Care Setting:
              • In your home or out in the community
              • Activities should be active, creative, and engaging!

About the Child:
This kiddo is bright, imaginative, and loves:
              • Legos and Magna-Tiles
              • Arts and crafts
              • Dinosaurs
              • Climbing trees and visiting the park
              • Pets – especially cats
              • Swimming – safe and confident in the water (has completed swim lessons)

Compensation:
              • $17.66/hour
              • $256/day (for overnights)
