This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

TEEN RESPITE PROVIDER WANTED!
Location: Eleva, Wisconsin
Pay: $256 per day
Schedule: One weekend a month + one week a year

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and engaging individual to join our team as a Teen Respite Provider! In this role, you’ll offer essential support to a teen with special needs while giving their family caregiver some well-deserved relief.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
              • Patient, kind, and eager to learn
              • Comfortable with interactive play (think video games and computer time!)
              • Receptive to parent feedback and guidance
              • Skilled in redirection and de-escalation techniques
              • Committed to building trust and having fun along the way

What You’ll Be Doing:
              • Providing one-on-one care and supervision to a teen with special needs
              • Supporting daily routines, including online schooling
              • Using positive behavior strategies to manage challenging moments
              • Encouraging independence and social engagement
              • Participating in the teen’s favorite activities

Requirements:
              • Authorized to work in the U.S.
              • Pass a criminal and caregiver background check
              • Experience with caregiving or working with individuals with special needs (preferred)
              • Valid driver’s license (a plus)
