This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Active & Engaging Respite Provider Wanted!
Location: Caregiver’s home and/or out in the community
Schedule: 4–8 days per month
Pay: $207/day

We’re looking for a patient, high-energy respite provider to support a teen with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety Disorder, Sensory Disorder, and POTS.

This awesome kiddo is super active and loves:
    • Weight training & fitness (including MMA gym!)
    • Gaming
    • Art and building hands-on projects
    • Football
    • Helping out in the kitchen
    • Swimming, fishing & camping (prefers quieter settings)

If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, being creative, and building trust while having fun, this could be a great fit! Care takes place in the caregiver’s home and/or out in the community.
