Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Now Hiring: Youth Respite Provider – Help Give a Teen (and His Family!) a Well-Deserved Break!

Are you someone who enjoys fishing, playing video games, hanging out with animals, and spending time outdoors? Are you also kind, dependable, and looking to make a real difference in a young teen's life? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Youth Respite Provider to spend quality time with a fun, energetic teenage boy! This isn’t your average childcare job—this is about mentorship, fun, and connection. You’ll get to build a supportive bond while enjoying shared interests like video games, nature, and adventures.

Position Perks:

• Pay: $14.13/hour

• Schedule: 5 hours per week + opportunities for 3 overnights per month

• Overnight Rate: $207.45 per overnight

• Location: In the comfort of your own home and/or out in the community doing fun things!

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must enjoy being a safe and positive role model

• Comfortable opening your home or exploring the community together

This is a great fit for someone who wants to offer a safe, supportive break—both for a teen who needs a change of scenery and for a parent who need a moment to recharge.
