This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


We are looking for a kind, patient, and dependable individual to provide respite care for a pair of loving and active brothers with Autism and ADHD. These boys thrive with structure, creativity, and someone who can match their energy while providing a calm and supportive environment.

Location: Elk Mound

Pay: $14.13-$17.70

Position Highlights:

  • Provide supervision and companionship to two young brothers
  • Support daily routines and help with emotional regulation
  • Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities at home or in the community
  • Encourage social skills, independence, and positive behavior
  • Offer caregivers a much-needed break

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with children with Autism and/or ADHD preferred
  • Patient, dependable, and able to maintain calm in energetic situations
  • Creative, active, and willing to be a positive role model
  • CPR Certified or willing to certify within 30 days of hire
  • Comfortable working in the family’s home and/or on community outings
  • Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Schedule:

Flexible part-time hours to be arranged with the family.
