This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We’re looking for a positive role model to support a smart, sports-loving young boy who needs patience, encouragement, and consistency. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and talented in sports, loves helping and being around younger kids, but currently tends to self-isolate and struggles with being told “no.” The right person will be calm, committed, and willing to work through challenges.. If you’re ready to build trust, play ball, and make a lasting impact, this could be the perfect role for you!!

SHIFTS :
• 8 Hours in the evening (Flexible on when this happens)
• Every other weekend (Sleep over in YOUR home)

WAGE :
• $14.13 per hour (Evening Wage)
• + Mileage Reimbursement while the kiddo is your car
• $200+ In your home every other weekend

JOB DUTIES :
• Active outdoor activities
• Positive Role Model
• Communication / Peer mentorship

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must have valid Auto Insurance
• Must pass a background check
