This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


Seeking a Respite Provider to provide respite for siblings (6yr old girl and 9yr old boy) , focusing on supervision and emotional regulation, while having fun. This gives mom and dad some temporary relief to rest, refresh, and recharge!

The little girl loves numbers, Lilo and Stitch, and reading. The little boy loves Legos, trucks, and reading.

Respite care for the children will be in their home. Community outings are also encouraged.

WAGE: $17.70 per hour for working with BOTH children at the same time.

SCHEDULE

  • 5 hours a week.
  • Weekends (mostly) during the school year.
  • Flexible Schedule in the summer.

JOB DUTIES

  • Supervision
  • Assisting with ADL's. (including toileting and meal preparations)
  • Active attentiveness
  • Build confidence and independence
  • Companionship and Social Engagement
  • Provide transportation to/from activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Criminal/Caregiver background check.
  • Compassionate individual with care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred.
  • Understanding of cultural diversity.
