JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Management Manager oversees the Quality Management Team and executes the organization's quality management strategy. This role is responsible for delivering advanced reporting, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and supporting quality assurance activities related to reporting. The position works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to align on shared goals and initiatives and provides reporting insights to the Quality Management Director. The Quality Management Manager collaborates with internal and external partners, leads complex projects, and supports senior leadership as needed. Success in this role requires strong leadership, effective operations management, and a collaborative approach to team development.

JOB DUTIES

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Present reporting insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and communicate reporting needs with the Analytics team
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
  • Review and analyze data to ensure reporting integrity
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure cohesive workflows
  • Manage and deliver advanced reporting for internal use and compliance
  • Participate in and assign professional development and training activities
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Quality Management team members
  • Monitor team deliverables and ensure timely project completion
  • Assist with program implementations, including training and process development
  • Resolve escalated concerns from internal stakeholders
  • Provide support to senior leadership on special projects
  • Travel as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance or related field preferred
  • 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • This is a hybrid role, and the employee must provide their own reliable Internet service
  • Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed to meet job requirements

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
