This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking In-Home caregivers to work together to provide caregiving to an Elderly Male in La Farge, WI. This gentleman is very personable, talkative, and a joy to be around! 
 
Wage: $16.32-16.99 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule/Shifts:
                · 8 hours per week
                · Mileage Reimbursement is available
                · Flexible Schedule

Job Duties:
                · Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
                · Monitoring for Fall Risk
                · Housekeeping
                · Assist and Taking Clothes to Laundry
                · Sweep/Shovel sidewalk
                · Meal preparation
                · Complete Errands (Grocery Shopping and etc.)

Requirements:
                · Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle required.
                · Must pass a background check before hiring
                · Must be authorized to work in the U.S
                · Direct support experience is highly desirable
