- Lead and manage the testing lifecycle for Workday migration projects,
- Develop and execute overall testing strategy, including test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Manage testing resources in execution of all testing cycles and events.
- Ensure data integrity during migration from legacy systems to Workday and other systems.
- Report to project team on status, momentum and testing KPI’s.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, MS DevOps/Smartsheet.
- Identify and mitigate testing ambiguities and contradictions to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
- Provide status reports and risk assessments to stakeholders across functional departments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
- Collaborate on change management documentation and end-user training.
- 8+ years of experience in application testing
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation
- Hands-on experience with data migration testing and API validation
- Expertise in test automation and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Mastery of time management and prioritization
- Experience in HR, Payroll, Taxes and Benefits
- Healthcare administration experience
- Familiarity with Workday security roles and configurations
- Ability to mentor and manage junior testers to drive best practices
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Hybrid employees must provide their own reliable Internet service
