- Assist in converting data from disparate internal platforms for consumption and consistency
- Assist/create integrations to ingest data into CDCN platforms
- Support the Workday platform and integrations
- Utilize CDCN platforms; including but not limited to 1EDI, Solomon, U2, Workday, Docuware, EVV, etc.
- Provide support for the Helpdesk
- Troubleshoot escalated issues during business hours, or during afterhours on-call rotation
- Assist in developing solutions for processing efficiencies
- Effectively communicate within the team and company
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required experience for this position:
- Two or more years operations experience with data platforms
- Two or more years experience of data structure and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, etc.
- Proven Abilities: SQL Queries / Scripting; Azure Cloud / LogicApps / Data Factory; GoAnywhere
- Experience with application/software and file processing knowledge; ANSI X12/JSON/XML, Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, SSMS, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collectively as a team
- Strong organizational/project management skills
- Prefer functional knowledge of key CDCN platforms mentioned above
- Prefer minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Degree preferred or experience in place of degree
