This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We're seeking a Compassionate Caregiver to provide Dementia and Hospice respite to a family in the Boscobel area. Needing a caregiver who will be a companion to a bed-bound woman in her family home and provide needed respite to the family so they can work.

Hours: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $16.32 per hour
Location: Boscobel, WI

Requirements:
• Must pass a background check before hire
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience working with bed-bound/hospice/Hospice patients preferred

Duties:
• Transfers to and from bed with Hoyer lift
• Sponge bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Changing adult briefs
• Meal Preparation
• Feeding
• Medication administration
• Apply lotion and follow bed sore prevention protocols
