This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you a compassionate caregiver with hospice experience? Are you looking for rewarding work with clients in their own homes? 

Location: New Glarus, WI 
Schedule: All shifts available up to 40 hours a week
8 am - 4 pm
4 pm - 12 am
12 am - 8 am
Compensation: $20.10

Experience – Reliable, Professional, and Compassionate Caregivers 
Skills – We’re looking for individuals who are engaged, attentive, encouraging, and supportive, and who assist the client in their own home!
Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and have experience with Hospice Caregiving

Duties:
· Assisting with all daily living functions
· Comfort with Ostomy waste removal
· Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
· Housekeeping, Laundry and basic home cares
· Grocery Shopping and errands for client
 
*Background check must be passed prior to hire.
*Must have reliable transportation, a vehicle and insurance
