JOB SUMMARY

The Fiscal Management Services Quality Assurance Analyst assists Consumer Direct Care Network with reviewing applicable rules and regulations, updating policies and procedures, and assessing process flow as requirements and systems/tools change. In addition, they conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities. The FMS QA Analyst is also responsible for handling complex projects and providing direct support to senior leadership on projects, as needed.
 
 
JOB DETAILS

  • Correspond with internal individuals including the FEA Team, CGE Team and Program Offices
  • Provide IT with business requirements to aid in system configuration and improvement
  • Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
  • Support day‐to‐day operations and client advocacy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services, as needed, based on program

  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years previous experience in the FEA industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • If working remotely, employee must provide their own reliable internet
 
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
