This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a caregiver with extensive Hoyer transfer experience to assist a gentleman in his home 1-2 days a week.

Compensation: $16.32-$18 per hour

Hours:
• Tuesdays, 12 PM-10 PM
• Mondays & Tuesdays, 6 AM-12 PM

Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Heavy Hoyer transfer experience 
Must pass a background check before hire
Must have valid driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle for errands
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Duties:
Transfers to and from bed and wheelchair
Sponge or in-shower bathing
Dressing and Grooming
Assist with emptying catheter
Able to cook and clean is a plus!
Assist with ROM (range of motion) exercises
 
Position Info:
Looking for Compassion, Reliable, and Dependable Caregivers 
Preference for those with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
Those with a high degree of empathy, communication skills and patience encouraged to apply
