This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding part-time opportunity? We are seeking a caring, dependable respite provider for a smart, energetic young girl who loves to swing, ride her bike, swim, explore parks, enjoy picnics, and go on walks!

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being active, engaging, and creative during play and community outings. If you love being active, enjoy making a positive impact, and want a flexible position that’s both meaningful and fun, this could be a perfect fit for you!

This position provides up to 15 hours/week. Care would be provided in the community, at your home, or at the child's home.

Schedule & Pay

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Schedule: Mon-Fri evenings 3:30pm-7pm

• As needed weekend availability

o This family is able to work with you & your schedule

Wage: $10.60/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle toilet reminders (minimal physical assistance)

• Provide supervision

• Assist with meal preparation as needed

• Engage in fun, active, and age appropriate activities

• Support a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment

Requirements

• Able to pass a caregiver background check

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

• Experience working with children

• Experience with children with behavioral needs is preferred, but not required
