This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Now Hiring: Respite Provider – Eau Claire, WI
Weekday Afternoons + Occasional Weekend Evenings
Make a Difference in a Child’s Life!

Join a supportive family seeking a compassionate and reliable Respite Provider to assist a young boy with daily care and fun community outings. If you enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
• Assist with bathing, toileting, and meal prep
• Administer medications
• Supervise and participate in outings (swimming, museum visits, etc.)
• Provide engaged, patient interaction
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications
• 18+ years old
• Comfortable around pets
• Patient, kind, and proactive
• Experience with behavioral challenges preferred, not required
• Ability to safely intervene (up to 200 lbs)
• Able to perform physical holds/restraints per training
• Able to respond quickly in emergencies
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Pass background checks
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
• $17.66/hr for shifts under 8 hours
• $256/day for shifts over 8 hours
