This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for an engaging Respite Provider to hang out 1:1 with an awesome 5-year-old client to give mom some time for self-care! 
 
Pay: $14.13 an hour
Schedule: 5 hours a week -Primarily weekends and some after-school supports

Tasks:
• Engage with client and encourage appropriate behaviors.
• 1:1 safety supervision
• Assist with self-regulation techniques during heightened behaviors
• Ability to set firm boundaries that are healthy and beneficial to the child to assist with managing behaviors. 
• Provide safety and companionship. Assist with emotional and behavioral support
• Assist with daily living tasks, including changing briefs, bathing, and meal prep, and provide companionship in and out of the home. 
 
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with children with behaviors
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. 
• Pass background check before hire.
