This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate, upbeat, and reliable caregiver to assist a physically disabled woman in her home in the Madison, WI area with all aspects of daily living.

Schedule: Currently hiring for weekends - all shifts
Available end of August hours:
Mondays 1:30 pm-7 pm
Tuesdays 5 am-2:30 pm
Wednesdays 2 pm-6 pm
Thursdays 7 am-7 pm
Thursdays 11 pm-5 am

Compensation: $24 for day shift, $28 for night shift

Responsibilities:
• No allergies to cats or dogs
• Personal Cares: Bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
• Assistance with correspondence
• G-Tube care-feeding and medications - Member will train
• Errands and outings - Driving clients vehicle
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry 
• Meal prep and cooking

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Background check before hire
• Preference for caregivers who are kind, upbeat, and have exceptional reliability
