This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Family Home Setting | Meaningful Work | Steady Hours
We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/Caregiver to assist a Mom-Son duo in their own home. If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a difference in the life a of a family, this may be the position for you! (If you are allergic to cats, this position is not for you.)

Schedule
First & Second Shift (Negotiable!)
32-40 hours per week (Full-Time)
Must remain awake during shifts

Compensation
$18.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience
Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking caregivers who are:
Experienced with Physical Limitations and Adult Mental Health
Reliable, dependable, and professional
Patient and respectful of personal boundaries
Comfortable working in a family-home environment
Preferably older, experienced caregivers

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include supporting both an adult male with Autism and a family member with physical limitations:
Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene)
Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills
Providing verbal encouragement and motivation
Assisting with laundry for the household
Meal prep and cooking
Light housekeeping and dishes
Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments

This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a criminal background check
