This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Mondays-Thursdays

  • The color blue
  • Reading books
  • Outdoor adventures

He thrives with active engagement and enjoys being outside. He does best with positive redirection, especially when transitioning away from preferred activities.

Ideal Provider Qualities:
  • CPR Certified (Required)
  • Experience caring for children/toddlers
  • Dependable, patient, and nurturing
  • Comfortable providing structure and gentle boundaries
  • Pet friendly
  • Enjoys being active and outdoors

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safety supervision
  • Engaging in play-based, screen-free activities
  • Outings to parks, the children’s museum, and the library
  • Reading books and encouraging learning through play
  • Light housekeeping related to the child (laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
  • Comfort around household pets (must be pet-friendly)

The home does contain oxygen tanks. Parents will provide training to ensure comfort and safety with equipment in the home.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license/Reliable vehicle/Auto insurance
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to Pass a Caregiver/Criminal Background Check
