This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

A welcoming family in Brown Deer is seeking a full-time day-shift Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support for their adult son with special needs. This role is ideal for someone patient, dependable, and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment.

Pay
• $20.00 per hour

Schedule
• Member is authorized for 24/7 in-home care
• Monday–Friday | 8a-4p

Responsibilities
• Provide care in the member’s home
• Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Assist with G-tube feedings and suctioning
• Support with bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed
• Assist with medications when required
• Ensure safety, comfort, and companionship throughout the shift

Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Prior experience with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
