This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Now Hiring: CNA / Personal Care Worker (PCW)
Location: Eleva, Wisconsin
Pay: $17.66 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while working in a calm, supportive home environment. We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to join our team and provide essential one-on-one care to a family in need.

What You’ll Do
• Provide gentle assistance with bathing and personal care
• Support safe repositioning as needed
• Prepare simple meals and offer light daily living support
• Follow established family routines to ensure comfort and consistency

What We’re Looking For
• CNA or PCW experience preferred
• Someone caring, responsible, and detail-oriented
• A caregiver who can work independently while maintaining a warm, respectful approach

Requirements
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Clear criminal and caregiver background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with caregiving or supporting individuals with special needs is a plus
