This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

As a Direct Support Professional, your role will be to help the member enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions, meal prep, companionship, and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the members you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved, and loved.

Location: Madison, WI

Schedule: 21 hours a week

Experience – Reliable, Professional, and Compassionate Caregivers with experience in Mental Health is a Must

Skills – We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. If you have experience cooking, cleaning, or caring for others, that’s a bonus!

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receive feedback.

Duties for Member:

• Motivating member to basic self-cares

• Encouraging Member to assist cleaning personal spaces together

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.

• Tidying up the house and helping with basic housekeeping tasks that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.

• Running errands

Wages: $16.32-$18 based on experience

*Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required

*Background check must be passed prior to hire
