This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Currently seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Caregiver to work 11p-7a Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will have experience with high physical need individuals in a home setting and be located in or near Brown Deer, WI.

Pay:
$20.00/hourly
 
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 11pm to 7am

Tasks:
Care is to be provided in member’s home
Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift)
Assist with feedings (G Tube, suctioning)
Assist with bathing and getting dressed
Assist with toileting, when needed
Assist with medications, when needed
Above all, provide safety and companionship

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License -or- reliable transportation to and from shifts.
Prior experience working with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts required.   
Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
Must pass background check.
