This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Your role as a Caregiver will be to help the member enjoy life in their own home.

Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the members you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved, and loved.

Location: DARLINGTON WI

Schedule: 27 hours a week. MID DAY SHIFTS flexible between 10a-5pm 2-3 hours a day

Compensation: $18 an hour Mileage reimbursed

Experience: Reliable, Professional and Compassionate Caregivers with a C.N.A experience or certification is preferred.

Skills: We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. Who have experience or a C.N.A preferred.

Characteristics: This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.

Duties:

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
• Housekeeping, Laundry and basic home cares
• Medication administration
• Personal cares: bathing, toileting: ostomy changing, and catheter cares (do not need to change catheter), dressing and grooming
• Hoyer assisted Transfers
• Repositioning often due to bed sores
• Organizational skills to assist in removing clutter
• Running errands

*Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required

*Background check must be passed prior to hire.
