This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Evening Personal Caregiver Needed

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented caregiver to assist a vibrant and independent individual with her evening routine in a comfortable private home setting. This position offers a consistent and structured shift from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, which is shared alongside another care provider to ensure comprehensive and seamless support.

Location: Watertown, WI

Starting Wage: $19/hour

Schedule: 8–10 PM daily

Scheduling is Done in Advance with Alternate Care Provider!

Primary Duties Include:

• Assistance with personal cares

• Digital bowel program

• Nighttime routine: undressing/dressing, applying creams, switching from leg bag to overnight catheter

• Non-invasive ventilator assistance

• Occasional light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, vacuuming

• Shower assistance roughly 3x/week

• Lives independently and values autonomy

• Strong advocate for disability and LGBTQ+ rights

• Loves joking around, and caregivers who truly care

• Prefers caregivers who are engaged and present

Ideal Candidate:

• Caring, upbeat, and confident with personal care tasks

• Good communication and a sense of humor are musts!

• Feline friendly

• CNA preferred, but not required

• Must have experience with personal care

Requirements:

• Driver’s License 

• Reliable Vehicle 

• Auto Insurance
